Shipping Progress

Hi Everyone,

Update - I  am in the 250-300 range as far as backer numbers. There are a few I need  to complete lower than this range, and a few that still have not completed their surveys. Early next week I will start working on the  300-350 range and then on to the balance and the preorders. 

Please  note that when I pack the kickstarters it is in the evening. At the end of the evening when I do not have enough time to do another one of the larger orders, I have been doing some of the small orders that are  typically in the 300's range and only contain a few packs and helps move the process along. I will typically do the postage and mark the backerkit with the tracking number in the early morning. Have there been others who have received their orders before they should? Yes, in the beginning I took many of the first responders to the backerkit survey and we started working on those first. I then switched to backer number order to keep it fair.

Regarding the rulebook, overseas books (UK, EU, Australia, NZ) are being printed in those zones. Some have shipped, some are still in process. I am sure that the new lockdowns are slowing that process. 

I have been posting in the comments section when some specific issues come up.

Please do not contact me to ask your KS status unless there is a real issue as that only takes time from me packing the kickstarters. If you have recently completed your survey and payment and we have already gone past your backer number, we will get to you. 

Regarding preorders. If you have already received your kickstarter and want to order additional items, you can through the preorder store and still grab a discount. The preorder discount will go away when these eventually get listed in the webstore.

Hang tight as there is no one that wants to complete this faster than me.

TVG: Victory or Death PDFs emails are on their way

Hi All - 

For those of you who ordered the This Very Ground: Victory or Death PDF, I have sent the PDFs out via our BG PDF download store. You will get an email from SendOwl on behalf of Brigade Games (so check your spam box if you have not received it by 7pm EST.)

The email will have a link that will bring you to the Send Owl store to do the download. I suggest that when you click to download, you save it on your computer. I also suggest you make sure you have a modern browser such as Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. 

Since there are a lot of you, assume that you may have to be patient and try a bunch of times as everyone heading to the site to download at once might pose an issue.

Please help spread the word and everyone know on social media, and miniature wargaming forums when you get your parcels.  The Backerkit preorder store is open so get your friends to buy some items in preorder and save some money with the discount.
